
Sweet Potato Ice Cream Sauce
We all scream for ice cream! Jazz up that vanilla ice cream with a warm Sweet Potato Ice Cream Sauce, ready in just five minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup; drained (reserving 1/4 cup)
- 1-1/2 cups caramel ice cream topping
- 2 tbs. thick cream
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Place Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes and reserved syrup in a power blender and mix until smooth.
- Heat ice cream topping until just warmed then add to sweet potatoes. Combine until well mixed then add the cream and salt.
Notes
Store extra sauce in the refrigerator then bring to room temperature before using.
