
Spinach Salad with Sweet Potatoes and Pomegranate
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz bag baby spinach
- 1 15 oz can Bruce’s Yam Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup; drained
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup candied walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup white balsamic salad dressing or light dressing of your choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
