Have dessert with none of the guilt! These earthy Sweet Potato Pie Smoothies are a breeze to make, and can be sweetened up with a low calorie sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, drained
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, banana, almond milk and cinnamon in a blender or smoothie/drink maker, and blend until smooth. Blend with ice or serve over ice, if desired.

Notes

A low calorie sweetener can be added to the smoothie mixture, if desired.
