Ingredients
115 oz. can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, drained
1large banana
2cupsunsweetened almond milk
1/4tsp.ground cinnamon
Instructions
Combine Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, banana, almond milk and cinnamon in a blender or smoothie/drink maker, and blend until smooth. Blend with ice or serve over ice, if desired.
Notes
A low calorie sweetener can be added to the smoothie mixture, if desired.
