If you can’t get some place warm, at least you can eat something tropical! Our Tropical sweet Potatoes feature crunchy macadamia nuts, toasted coconut and Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Orange Pineapple Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 16 oz. cans Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Orange Pineapple Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Heat oven broiler to medium.
  • Place Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Orange Pineapple Sauce in a 3 quart baking dish and warm in microwave oven for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  • Mix together the nuts and coconut, and sprinkle over the top of the sweet potatoes. Broil for 2-3 minutes until coconut starts to brown (watch carefully as this will burn quickly).
