316 oz. cans Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Orange Pineapple Sauce
1/2cupchopped Macadamia nuts
1/2cupunsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Heat oven broiler to medium.
Place Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Orange Pineapple Sauce in a 3 quart baking dish and warm in microwave oven for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Mix together the nuts and coconut, and sprinkle over the top of the sweet potatoes. Broil for 2-3 minutes until coconut starts to brown (watch carefully as this will burn quickly).
