Orange & Rum Sweet Potato Cocktail

Stir up a little holiday fun with this delicious Orange & Rum Sweet Potato Cocktail.
- 1/4 cup syrup from Bruce’s Canned Yams in Syrup
- 2 sprigs lemon thyme
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 3-4 ounces dark rum
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- Luxardo cherry garnish; optional
Double strain the yam syrup and transfer to a large cocktail shaker filled 1/4 with ice and thyme sprigs.
Add orange juice, pineapple juice and rum.
Shake until icy cold then divide between 2 rock glasses filled with ice.
Pour 1/2 ounce orange liqueur on top of each cocktail and add a cherry, if desired.
