This simple Sweet Potato Bread is full of flavor, and can be dressed up with powdered sugar.

Ingredients
1 1/215 oz. cans Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, drained
1 1/4cupswhite sugar
1/2cupvegetable oil
2eggs
1 3/4cupsall-purpose flour
1tsp.baking soda
1/4tsp.salt
1/2tsp.ground cinnamon
1/4tsp.ground nutmeg
1/3cupwater
1/2cuppecans
powdered sugaroptional
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar and oil; beat well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir flour mixture into egg mixture alternately with water. Once combined, stir in Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes (drained) and chopped pecans.
Pour batter into greased 9×5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
